What’s Included:

  • Weekly Classes run from Sept 26 - May 27 (28 classes)

  • Special Events and Parties such as field days, holiday parties, birthday recognitions, and beginning and end of year celebrations

  • Monthly Field Trips (depending on the location some of these may potentially have an additional cost)

  • After Co-op Clubs (students will get the chance to fundraise for additional club costs)

  • A community of like-minded friends!

Dues:

Dues $400 per year, for the first student

$100/additional students

Example: if you have 4 children attending your total cost will be $700 for the year.

If you work out the math one child for $400, is less than $15/class. And if you have multiple children that number just goes down!

These dues may be split into two payments if that fits your families needs better. If you are needing more flexibility than that please send us a note and we can see what we can do to help.

Payment types: Check, Card, or Venmo. Please note that if you are paying via card or Venmo we need to charge an admin fee to cover the costs they charge us. If you would like to avoid these fees we will happily take a check

We will be fully transparent in where our funds are going.

Running a co-op not only takes a group of people coming together, but a location, supplies, insurance, administration fees (like registering to become a nonprofit), and lots and lots of time! We will do our best to be as open with everyone as we can be.

Membership Details

● Enrollment in Oak & Root Co-op is a 1-year commitment. 

● Payment secures your families spot for the year, and can be made in 2 installments (not including enrollment deposits - which are applied towards your total dues). 

● Emergency contact forms and waivers must be submitted prior to participation. 

● Review/signatures of policies/forms must be turned in prior to participation in classes or activities.
